Travel Information: COVID-19

The well-being of our guests and employees is of utmost importance to us at FOUND. We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention agency as well as local health departments.We understand that you may be experiencing stress given the current situation. Our one and only goal is to provide you and our employees with a safe and healthy hotel experience. Our commitment to cleanliness and hospitality is stronger than ever. Here are some of the extra precautionary measures we are implementing at all of our hotels:

Commitment to Cleanliness

-We have proactively increased the frequency and intensity of our cleaning, focusing on high-touch areas, including door handles, our lobby, and check in areas

-We have asked employees to practice social distancing in public areas and during check-in

-All of our employees are required to wear gloves and to wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

-We have limited certain services and closed certain communal areas in accordance with CDC guidelines

Cancellations

We understand that plans change and rest assured we are here to help make sure all of your questions get answered. To better serve you please use the contact us form to contact each hotel directly regarding your reservation change and or cancellation requests. If you have booked through a third party please make sure to contact them directly.

Location Updates

In compliance with Order No.21 by the State of Massachusetts our FOUND Hotel Boston and Boston Fenway Inn by FOUND locations are now only accepting reservations for essential travel related to COVID-19. We will continue to provide accommodation for:

-Health care workers, first responders, and other workers constituting the COVID-19 Essential Workforce

-Out-of-state workers engaged in transportation of materials, logistics, and construction associated with the delivery of health-related services

-Guests unable to return to their own homes due to flight cancellations, border closures, or other direct and material constraints on travel

-Housing and accommodation for Massachusetts residents (i) who are isolating or self- quarantining; and (ii) families or roommates of individuals who are isolating or self- quarantining; but (iii) in each case, for no longer than the period required to complete the necessary period of self-isolation or self-quarantining

-Housing and accommodation for individuals receiving long-term, specialized medical care from a physician located in the Commonwealth, and for accompanying family members
