Coronado Island: A Sparkling Beach Haven

Consistently voted one of the best beaches in the U.S., Coronado Island is just over the bridge from Downtown San Diego. It's an idyllic, tree-lined retreat with old-world charm and killer sunsets. Go beyond the beach for top-shelf water sports: sailing tours, jet ski rentals, and gondola cruises. Stroll the boardwalk and stop in at funky galleries and waterfront cafes.
Snap a selfie with the iconic Hotel del Coronado, which inspired the Emerald City in The Wizard of Oz. Roast marshmallows at a blazing bonfire. Build a sandcastle. Bliss out on a beach that really sparkles. Here, summer never ends.
