A The homepage for each location listed options and directions from the airport, bus and train stations. Each city also has ride sharing options such as Uber and Lyft. Prior to visiting the United States, we recommend that International travelers download the Uber of Lyft mobile application onto their mobile phone, and establish a data plan for the United States. All our locations are close to local public transportation for getting around the city on a budget.
A Yes, we have free Wi-Fi in all public areas and guest rooms. Many guests stay connected with multiple devices, thus our speed is higher than you'll find at most hotels where you'd pay for extra for the increased speed.
A When booking a private room, it's like most hotels, you have your own bedroom and a private en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub and/or shower.
A Most locations offer a very affordable option of shared rooms. You will have your own bed, complete with all bedding and linens, plus a locker. You'll share the room with up to three other guests who might be travelling from anywhere in the world. Unless you reserve a room specifically designated otherwise, there may be a mix of male and female guests in the room. The room has a bathroom shared by all guests in the room.
A Unlike shared accommodations in many other properties - such as hostels - you do not need to bring items with you such as sheets, towels, soap or shampoo. Just bring a padlock if you want so secure valuables in the in-room locker. We also sell them at $5 each, yours to keep.
A For example, in San Diego and Washington DC we have a few rooms where the guests have a private room but share a bathroom "down the corridor". Typically, no more than two rooms share one bathroom.
A We welcome early arrivals and will accommodate guests daily on a "first come, first served" basis. If a room or bed is not available upon arrival we can store your luggage at no cost so you can begin your city adventure the day you arrive.
A On the day of your departure, all guests may store their luggage at no cost until 12 Midnight. We do not allow guests to store their bags overnight.
A Unfortunately we do not accept pets. Service animals are welcomed in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
A To date, our hotels do not have parking. Parking information is provided for each hotel, and a local parking map with options and pricing is available upon arrival. Parking availability and pricing varies by location.
A We welcome guests whether travelling with family, friends or solo. We provide lots of opportunities to meet other guests while staying with us. Making new friends, "Oh, the people you'll meet" is a highlight of the "FOUND experience".
A In additional to each lobby we have shared spaces such as lounges, outdoor patios and kitchens where you can meet and share experiences. Shared spaces vary by location.
